Information on the processing of personal data submitted through the website.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through the website is DREXVON s.r.o. (registered office: Parková 2487/45, 821 05 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovakia; ID no.: 57521913; e-mail: [email protected]). For Hungarian business, KREDIT Kft. (6200 Kiskőrös, Vörösmarty Mihály utca 12.) acts on its behalf.
2. Scope of data processed
When you fill in the contact form, we process the following data: name / contact person, company name, e-mail address, phone number, area of interest and message content. You provide these data voluntarily.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of processing is to respond to the enquiry, prepare a quote and maintain contact. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Data processors
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to deliver e-mails. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., and the domain and related server services are provided by Rackhost Zrt. These providers act as data processors.
5. Duration of processing
The data provided is retained for answering the enquiry and for the duration of any business relationship, then deleted. The exact retention period is determined by the company.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
7. Right to complain
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR; in Hungary: NAIH).
